Jemm Restorations was founded by Jem Mendoza after more than a decade working in home restoration and construction across the Washington, D.C. metro area. Having seen firsthand how homeowners were often left confused, overcharged, or underserved during some of the most stressful moments of their lives, Jem set out to build a company that operated differently.
From the beginning, the focus has been on honest communication, quality craftsmanship, and treating every home as if it were our own. That approach has earned us the trust of hundreds of families across Montgomery County — and a reputation we're proud of.
Today, Jemm Restorations is a fully licensed and insured contractor serving all of Montgomery County, Maryland. We specialize in water damage restoration, fire damage recovery, roofing, mold remediation, and home remodeling — with a 24/7 emergency response team always on call.
